In particular, machinery, equipment and accessories Spare parts are the product group most exported to the United States, with export turnover reaching 20.1 billion USD, accounting for 18.4% of Vietnam's total export turnover to the United States in 2022. Next are Korea, Japan and Hong Kong (China), with export turnover reaching 24.29 billion USD, 24.23 billion USD and 10.9 billion USD respectively. In addition, China is Vietnam's largest import market with an estimated turnover of 119.3 billion USD. In 2022, trade surplus to the EU is estimated to reach 31.8 billion USD, an increase of 36.8% compared to the previous year; Trade surplus to Japan was 836 million USD (last year's trade deficit was 2.7 billion USD); Trade deficit from China is 60.9 billion USD, an increase of 11.5%; Trade deficit from Korea 38.3 billion USD, up 11.5%; Trade deficit from ASEAN is 13.6 billion USD, an increase of 10.6%.
